STORMPAY.COM WEEKLY RACING SERIES ROUND UP FOR SEPTEMBER 17

                CARTERSVILLE , GA – Jimmy Elkins Jr. of Talladega, AL and Donald Watson of Greenwell Springs, LA each picked up two wins during Week 25 of the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series.  Elkins took a pair of wins at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL, and Watson won at Baton Rouge Raceway in Baton Rouge, LA and Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS.

                Logan Yates of Delta, AL has all but locked up the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region Championship, but Elkins staked a claim for the second spot with his first two wins of the season at TST on September 10 and last Saturday night.  Yates has 780 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts, and Elkins has 717 points based on his best 16 finishes in 27 starts,

                Adam Martin of Talladega, AL is third in the StormPay.com WRS East Region standings with 701 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts, and Chad Wallace of LaGrange, GA is fourth with 692 points based on his best 16 finishes in 22 starts.  Curtis Cline of Douglasville, GA is fifth in the East Region standings with 656 points based on his best 16 finishes in 17 starts.

                Dustin Stewart of Eastaboga, AL is currently sixth in the final Regional points fund paying position with 649 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts with two weeks remaining in the season.  Darel Owenby of Calhoun, GA is seventh with 626 points in 15 starts, and has another week to gain full points.

                Marc Gooden of Lafayette, AL is eighth in the East Region standings with 597 points based on his best 16 finishes in 17 starts, and Parrish Duncan of Newnan, GA is ninth with 582 points in 15 starts.  Corey Korreckt of Lincoln, AL rounds out the top ten in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region standings with 578 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts.

                Frank Wilson of Milton, FL netted a couple of points on Saturday night with a second-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway in Milton , FL to remain on top of the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region.  Wilson has 744 points based on his best 16 finishes in a series leading 41 starts.

               Josh Huss of Flomaton, AL is second in the South Region standings with 707 points based on his best 16 finishes in 28 starts, and Jonathan Joiner of Milton, FL is third with 684 points based on his best 16 finishes in 21 starts.

Watson’s tenth and 11th series wins of the season on Friday night at Baton Rouge Raceway and Saturday night at Pike County Speedway moved him up to fourth in the StormPay.com WRS South Region standings with 672 points based on his best 16 finishes in 21 starts.  Joshua Joiner of Milton, FL is fifth with 669 points based on his best 16 finishes in 21 starts.

Bobby Morrison of Milton, FL is clinging to the sixth and final South Region point fund paying position with 666 points based on his best 16 finishes in 30 starts.  The man on the move, and in a good position to jump into the top six, is James Ussery of Cottondale , FL.   Ussery is seventh in the South Region standings with 662 points in 15 starts, and still has one race left to earn full points.

Ricky Haugen of Pace, FL is eighth with 647 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts, and Richard Guidry of Port Allen, LA, who picked up his fourth series win of the season on Saturday night at A1 Raceway in Slidell , LA , is ninth with 645 points based on his best 16 finishes in 20 starts.  Scott Sessions of Milton, FL rounds out the South Region top ten with 620 points based on his best 16 finishes in 30 starts.

In other StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region action on Saturday night, Randy Little of Satsuma, AL took his second series win of the season at Deep South Speedway in Loxley, AL, and Scotty Knowles of Lanett, AL won his second series win of the season at Butler County Motorsports Park in Greenville, AL.  Bo Slay won his first series win of the season at Southern Raceway.

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region was off over the weekend due to the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Touring events on Friday and Saturday at Columbus Speedway in Columbus , MS .  Each driver that entered the two events received ten bonus points for each event they entered.  That scenario now has a father and son one-two in the West Region standings.

Lucky Keeton of Toomsuba, MS has all but locked up his second straight StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region Championship, and his son Brandon Keeton of Toomsuba, MS earned 20 bonus points over the weekend to move up to the second spot.  Lucky Keeton has 786 points based on his best 16 finishes in 25 starts.

Brandon Keeton has 707 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts, and also had a top ten finish in the National Touring event Saturday night while celebrating his 20th birthday.  Brandon Keeton leads a logjam for the second spot in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region point standings.

Larry Murphy of Meridian, MS is third with 701 points based on his best 16 finishes in 17 starts.  Steve Godsey of Bedford, IN and Jamie Pickard of Columbus, MS are tied for the fourth spot with 699 points, and each driver has 16 starts.  Terry Mosley of Gilbertown, AL is sixth with 698 points based on his best 16 finishes in 17 starts.

The West Region will be off again this coming weekend with the StormPay.com DLMS National Touring event at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN, and 10 West Region bonus points will again go to each driver that enters the two-day $5,000-to-win 75-lap race.  Brandon Keeton, Godsey, and Mosley have said they will be in Indiana for the race.

Herman Reynolds of Laurel, MS is seventh in the StormPay.com WRS West Region standings with 664 points based on his best 16 finishes in 24 starts, and Dallas Mozingo of Laurel, MS is eighth with 646 points based on his best 16 finishes in 22 starts.  Wiley Williams of Stonewall, MS is ninth in the West Region standings with 632 points in 16 starts, and Mark Tice of Hollandale, MS rounds out the top ten with 614 points in 16 starts.
