STORMPAY.COM WEEKLY RACING SERIES ROUND UP FOR JUNE 25

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – The competitive nature of the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series showed itself over the weekend, as there were ten first-time winners during events in the three Regions.  The 13th-week of StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series competition also saw some the point races tighten up as drivers reach the 16-race mark in their point totals.

                Frank Wilson of Milton, FL is still the “Godfather” of the “Milton Mafia,” as he leads the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region, but a racing “sit down” of sorts is beginning to take shape as Milton Mafia members Bobby Morrison of Milton, FL, and Scott Sessions of Milton, FL are beginning to close the gap.

                Wilson has netted 671 points based on his top 16 finishes in 22 starts.  Morrison is second with 631 points and Sessions is in the third spot with 601 points.  Both Morrison and Sessions reached the 16 race mark over the weekend.  Dewayne Morris of River Falls, AL is fourth with 483 points in 15 starts.

                Josh Huss of Flomaton, AL picked up his fifth win of the season in StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region competition on Friday night at Blackman Motor Speedway in Blackman, FL.  Huss is fifth in the South Region title hunt with 482 points in 11 starts.

                Milton Mafia member Taylor Jarvis of Milton, FL moved up to the sixth spot in the South Region points chase with 450 points in 14 starts.  Richard Guidry of Port Allen, LA is seventh with 431 points in 11 starts, and Chris Coggin of Orange Beach, AL is eighth with 397 points in 10 starts. 

                 Michael Santangelo of St. Rose, LA and Danny Joe Thomas of Foley, AL both moved into the top ten of the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region over the weekend.  The two drivers are tied for the ninth spot each with 374 points.  Santangelo has ten starts, and Thomas has nine starts.

                There were five first-time winners in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region over the weekend.  Chris O’Connor of Loxley, AL was the winner on Saturday night at Deep South Speedway in Loxley , AL .  Jonathan Joiner of Milton, FL got a win for the Milton Mafia at Southern Raceway on Saturday night at Southern Raceway in Milton , FL.

                Shannon Lee of Lumberton, MS got his first StormPay.com WRS South Region win on Saturday night at A1 Raceway in Slidell, MS, and Curt Lipsey of McComb, MS was a first-time winner on Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS.  Scotty Curry of Tallassee, AL took his first win of the season on Saturday night at Butler County Motorsports Park in Greenville , AL .

                Jimmy Elkins Jr. of Talladega, AL continues to lead the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region with 636 points based on his best 16 finishes in 18 starts.  Logan Yates of Delta, AL is second with 538 points in 11 starts.  Chad Wallace of LaGrange, GA is third with 501 points in 13 starts.

                Adam Martin of Talladega, AL was the winner for the second time this season on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga , AL .  Martin is fourth in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region with 463 points in 11 starts.  Curtis Cline of Douglasville, GA is fifth with 454 points in 12 starts.

                Parrish Duncan of Newnan, GA is sixth with 432 points in 11 starts, and Dustin Stewart of Eastaboga, AL is seventh with 419 points in 11 starts.  Corey Korreckt of Lincoln, AL is eighth with 399 points in 11 starts, and Darel Ownbey of Calhoun, GA is ninth with 363 points in eight starts.  Keith Freeman of Commerce, GA rounds out the top ten in the StormPay.com WRS East Region with 340 points in nine starts.

                In other StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region action over the weekend, Jeff Smith of Rocky Face, GA took his third win of the season on Friday night at North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth , GA.   Brandon Haley of Lavonia, GA was the winner for the second time this season at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA.

                There were two first time StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region winners over the weekend.  Brad Lowe of Knoxville, TN took the win on Saturday night at 411 Motor Speedway in Knoxville , TN , and recent Hobby Stock graduate Richard Stephens of Phenix City , AL was the winner on Friday night at Penton Raceway in Penton , AL .

                StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region point leader Herman Reynolds of Laurel , MS picked up his first win of the season on Friday night at Southern Speedway in Hattiesburg , MS .  Reynolds was one of three first-time winners over the weekend in StormPay.com WRS West Region action.

                Randy Harmon of Mettleton, MS was the winner on Saturday night at Columbus Speedway in Columbus , MS , and Stormy Derryberry of Monticello , AR was the winner on Saturday night at Monticello Speedway in Monticello , AR.

                Reynolds has 648 points based on his 16 best finishes in 19 starts.  The defending StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region Champion Lucky Keeton of Toomsuba, MS is second with 514 points in 11 starts.  Dallas Mozingo of Laurel, MS is third with 428 points in 11 starts, and Owen Stockstill of Columbia, MS is fourth with 382 points in ten starts.

                Larry Murphy of Meridian, MS is fifth in the StormPay.com WRS West Region points chase with 362 in eight starts, and Jay Blair of Angie, LA is sixth with 343 points in eight starts.  Mark Tice of Hollandale, MS is seventh with 338 points in nine starts, and Shannon Lee of Lumberton, MS is eighth with 332 points in nine starts.

                Jamey Smith of Purvis, MS holds down the ninth spot in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region with 324 points in eight starts, and Roger Rollison of Meridian, MS rounds out the top ten in the West Region with 303 points in eight starts.
