WEEKLY RACING SERIES ROUND UP FOR JUNE 25
CARTERSVILLE, GA – The competitive nature of the StormPay.com
Weekly Racing Series showed itself over the weekend, as there were ten
first-time winners during events in the three Regions.
The 13th-week of StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
competition also saw some the point races tighten up as drivers reach
the 16-race mark in their point totals.
Frank Wilson of Milton, FL is still the “Godfather” of the
“Milton Mafia,” as he leads the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
South Region, but a racing “sit down” of sorts is beginning to
take shape as Milton Mafia members Bobby Morrison of Milton, FL, and
Scott Sessions of Milton, FL are beginning to close the gap.
Wilson
has netted 671 points based on his top 16 finishes in 22 starts.
Morrison is second with 631 points and Sessions is in the third
spot with 601 points. Both
Morrison and Sessions reached the 16 race mark over the weekend.
Dewayne Morris of River Falls, AL is fourth with 483 points in
15 starts.
Josh Huss of Flomaton, AL picked up his fifth win of the season
in StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region competition on
Friday night at Blackman Motor Speedway in Blackman, FL.
Huss is fifth in the South Region title hunt with 482 points in
11 starts.
Milton Mafia member Taylor Jarvis of Milton, FL moved up to the
sixth spot in the South Region points chase with 450 points in 14
starts. Richard Guidry of
Port Allen, LA is seventh with 431 points in 11 starts, and Chris
Coggin of Orange Beach, AL is eighth with 397 points in 10 starts.
Michael Santangelo of St. Rose, LA and Danny Joe Thomas of Foley, AL
both moved into the top ten of the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
South Region over the weekend. The
two drivers are tied for the ninth spot each with 374 points.
Santangelo has ten starts, and Thomas has nine starts.

LaGrange, GA is third with 501 points in 13 starts.

starts, and Dustin Stewart of Eastaboga, AL is seventh with 419 points
in 11 starts. Corey
Korreckt of Lincoln, AL is eighth with 399 points in 11 starts, and
Darel Ownbey of Calhoun, GA is ninth with 363 points in eight starts.
Keith Freeman of Commerce, GA rounds out the top ten in the
