STORMPAY.COM WEEKLY RACING SERIES ROUND UP FOR WEEK 3

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – Frank Wilson of Milton, FL continues to lead the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series South Region, while Jimmy Elkins Jr. of Talladega, AL took over the point lead in the StormPay.com WRS East Region, and Herman Reynolds of Laurel, MS took over the point lead in the StormPay.com WRS West Region.

                Wilson posted a fourth-place finish on Friday night at Blackman Motor Speedway in Blackmon , FL to end the third week of StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series competition with 192 points in four starts.  Josh Huss of Flomaton, AL is second with 144 points, and Jonathan Joiner of Milton, FL is third with 143 points.

                 Dewayne Morris of River Falls, AL is fourth in the StormPay.com WRS South Region with 128 points, and Bobby Morrison of Milton, FL is fifth with 122 points.  Jerry Bevis of Zachary, LA is sixth with 119 points, and Kevin Watts of Denham Springs, LA and Scott Sessions of Milton, FL are tied for the seventh spot with 116 points.

  Watts was the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series winner on Friday night at Baton Rouge Raceway in Baton Rouge , LA.   Richard Guidry of Port Allen, LA is ninth with 111 points, and Robert Nevels of Denham Springs, LA rounds out the top ten in the StormPay.com WRS South Region with 108 points.  Shep Lucas took the win on Friday night at Blackman Motor Speedway .

 Elkins finished third on Friday night at Penton Raceway in Penton , AL to take over the point lead in the StormPay.com WRS East Region with 116 points.  Elkins finished sixth in the 2006 StromPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region point standings.

 Logan Yates of Delta, AL is second with 88 points, Corey Korreckt of Lincoln, AL is third with 83 points.  Adam Martin of Talladega, AL is fourth with 79 points.  Chad Wallace of LaGrange, GA is fifth with 75 points.

 Jackson Hale of Southside, AL was the winner on Friday night at Penton Raceway, and moved up to the sixth spot in the StormPay.com WRS East Region with 74 points.  Scott Knowles of Lanett, AL is seventh with 70 points, and Shane Barrett of Tallapoosa, GA is eighth with 64 points.  Mike Head of Ellenwood, GA is ninth with 48 points, and Bryant Milam of Talladega, AL rounds out the top ten in the StormPay.com WRS East Region point standings with 42 points.

 Reynolds posted a second-place finish on Friday night at Southern Speedway in Hattiesburg , MS , and a fourth-place effort on Saturday night at Swinging Bridge Raceway in Jackson , MS to go to the top of the list in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region.  Reynolds, who finished fourth in the 2006 StormPay.com WRS West Region point standings, now has 167 points.

 The defending StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region Champion Lucky Keeton of Toomsuba, MS took the win Friday night at Southern Speedway in Hattiesburg, MS, and is second in the West Region with 152 points.

 Jay Blair of Angie, LA was the winner on Saturday night at Swinging Bridge Raceway, and is third in the StormPay.com WRS West Region with 128 points.  Dallas Mozingo of Laurel, MS is fourth with 122 points.

 Doug Todd of Brandon, MS picked up his second straight win on Friday night at Simpson County Motorsports Park in Mendenhall, MS, and finished second on Saturday night at Swinging Bridge Raceway to move up to the fifth spot in the StormPay.com WRS West Region with 119 points.  Jamey Smith of Purvis, MS is sixth with 118 points.

 Kody Barber of Bogalusa, LA and Owen Stockstill of Columbia, MS are tied for seventh with 92 points, and Shannon Lee of Lumberton, MS is ninth with 81 points.  Tony Barnett of Utica, MS rounds out the top ten of the StormPay.com WRS West Region with 73 points.

 For the second straight week, Mother Nature was the big winner at StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series tracks, raining out eight of the 14 events on the schedule last Saturday night.

 Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA and North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, GA were rained out in the StormPay.com WRS East Region.  Columbus Speedway in Columbus, MS, Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS, and Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN were rained out in the StormPay.com WRS West Region.

 In the StormPay.com WRS South Region, Butler County Motorsports Park in Greenville, AL, Deep South Speedway in Loxley, AL, and Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS were rained out.  StormPay.com WRS South Region tracks will take this weekend off for the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Touring event this Friday and Saturday night at Pike County Speedway.
