NeSMITH CHEVROLET WEEKLY RACING SERIES WEEK 8 PREVIEW

               CARTERSVILLE , GA – Week 8 of the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series will feature 11 events with six races in the West Region and five races in the East Region.  Chase Edge of Lafayette, AL leads the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series East Region point standings and defending and three time Champion Lucky Keeton of Toomsuba, MS leads the West Region.

               The West Region Week 8 competition will begin on Friday night with three events scheduled for Central Mississippi Speedway in Winona , MS , Hattiesburg Motorsports Park in Hattiesburg , MS , and North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia , AL .

Saturday night NeSmith Chevrolet WRS West Region events are scheduled for A1 Raceway in Slidell, LA, Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS, and Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS.  The Jackson Motor Speedway race will be Round 2 of the I-20 Challenge and pay $1,000-to-win.

Penton Raceway in Penton, AL will open the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series East Region action on Friday night.  Saturday night NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series East Region events are scheduled for East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, AL, Flomaton Speedway in Flomaton, AL, and New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, GA.
