CHASSIS SIGNS ON FOR THE 2010 NeSMITH CHEVROLET DLMS CHASSIS MANUFACTURERS
CHALLENGE
CARTERSVILLE, GA – Rocket Chassis in Shinnston, WV has joined the
NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series 2010 Chassis Manufacturers
Challenge, joining four other chassis brands in the competition.
This season will be Rocket Chassis’ first year in the NeSmith
Chevrolet DLMS Chassis Manufacturers Challenge.
Rocket Chassis joins the defending and two-time NeSmith Chevrolet
DLMS National Chassis Manufacturers Challenge Champion Warrior Race Cars
built by Goddard Performance in Knoxville, TN, defending NeSmith Chevrolet
Weekly Racing Series Chassis Manufacturers Challenge Champion Trak-Star
Race Cars built by Boland Performance in Cuba, AL, three-time NeSmith
Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Chassis Champion

On the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series National Tour,
points are awarded on a 10, 9, 8, 7 point basis on finishing positions in
the main event with 1 bonus point for a win, and 1 bonus point for a fast
time. In the NeSmith Chevrolet
Weekly Racing Series, one point is awarded for each win.
Rocket Chassis will be second in the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late
Model Series National Chassis Manufacturers Challenge point standings with
71 points. Keith Nosbisch of
Valrico, FL has given Rocket Chassis one bonus point with a fast time
award. Marcus Minga of

is
highest Rocket Chassis driver in the National Touring point standings in
the seventh spot.
Several drivers have posted wins for Rocket Chassis in the NeSmith
Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series during the first six weeks of competition.
Rocket Chassis is currently third in the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly
Racing Series Chassis Manufacturers Challenge point standings with 11
wins.
Richard Stephens of Phenix City, AL has driven a Rocket Chassis to
a series-leading four wins, and is third in the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly
Racing Series East Region point standings.

has
two wins driving a Rocket Chassis, and is eighth in the East Region point
standings.
The defending and three-time NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series
West Region Champion and current point leader Lucky Keeton of

before switching to a Trak-Star chassis.
