NeSMITH CHEVROLET DLMS TO BEGIN TESTING BILSTEIN SPEC SHOCKS

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series has entered into a Research and Development program with Bilstein Shocks on a $150 Spec Shock that will be a future option for series competitors.  The testing will begin next week at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL with two-time series champion David Earl Gentry of Murfreesboro, TN as the R&D driver.  (MORE)

                CARTERSVILLE, GA – The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series is deeply saddened by the passing yesterday of dirt late model promoter and competitor Arlene Pittman after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  The thoughts and prayers of the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series management, officials and competitors are with Arlene’s husband Phillip and the entire Pittman family and friends during this most difficult time.

                MERIDIAN, MS – Rodney Wing of Meridian, MS posted a wire-to-wire $5,000 victory in the 6th Annual Coca-Cola Zero 75 for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park in the Lawson Construction Rocket.  Wing had a close call with a lapped car on lap 32, but he just made it through and then breezed to victory.  (MORE)
